**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update data in various modules of Odoo (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)
- Maintain and manage databases ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Provide ongoing functional for existing Odoo systems.
- Document processes, workflows, and user manuals for Odoo modules.
- Verify and cross-check data from different sources before entry.
- Ensure data confidentiality and integrity by following company data management standards.
- Assist in Odoo module configuration and user access management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality Control, Production, and Regulatory Affairs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry and Odoo ERP support.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP (Version 17 and above preferred).
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
- Good understanding of business processes (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a manufacturing, retail, or trading environment.
- Familiarity with database queries and basic troubleshooting steps.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
