Job Description:Data Entry Operator Job Title: Data Entry Operator Department: Administration / Data Management Location: Hyderabad-Abids Road/Panjagutta Experience: 2-3 Years **Salary**: ₹22,000 to ₹25,000 per month Reports To: Data Manager /Team Lead Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Key Responsibilities: .Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems from various sources. .Verify and cross-check data for accuracy, completeness, and inconsistencies. .Maintain and update existing records in the database. .Perform routine data quality checks to ensure data integrity. .Organize and file both physical and digital documents systematically. .Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with company policies. .Generate and share data reports as required by management. .Communicate with team members and supervisors to address data discrepancies. .Operate data entry tools and software effectively. .Complete tasks within deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Required Skills and Qualifications: .Bachelor's degree is mandatory. .Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role. .Proficiency in data entry tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). .Excellent typing speed and accuracy. .Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. .Good verbal and written communication skills. .Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. .Familiarity with data management systems and administrative processes. ."We also require knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and websites—everything related to social media."
