Perform accurate and timely entry/set up of site data in clinical planning and tracking database according to specifications and timelines

Work with Network Planning and Operations to maintain provider information and provide clerical support

Perform data entry and retrieval functions relative to material acquisition and movement in support of inventory management/warehouse management operations at our customer site in Newport, RI

Enter material movement transactions in the Navy ERP system

Create purchase requests in Navy ERP system

Track product availability and source information via Haystack system

Compare incoming documentation with outstanding purchase orders to ensure accuracy and flag inconsistences

Maintain updated purchase requests and supporting documentation in preparation of spontaneous customer audits

Complete data quality checks.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

- English/ Telgu (preferred)
