**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries.
- Retrieve and organize data for reports and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Review and correct errors in data entries.
- Assist in compiling, sorting, and verifying data for processing.
- Generate reports and provide summaries of entered data.
- Follow data entry procedures and company policies.
- Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Clerk, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum [X] WPM preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,557.59 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
