**Responsibilities**
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and field activity.
- Handle client inquiries and conduct property site visits.
- Explain project details and match suitable options to customer requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain follow-ups, documentation, and reports.
- Coordinate with builders, brokers, and internal teams.
- **Manage day-to-day residential property operations.**:

- **Handle tenant onboarding, rent follow-ups, and issue resolution.**:

- **Conduct property inspections and ensure upkeep/maintenance.**:

- **Build good relationships with residents and management committees.**

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years experience in real estate or property management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler & driving license mandatory.
- Good with customer handling.
