Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 1 year of experience in lead generation to join our US Staffing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through online research, databases, job portals, LinkedIn, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities in the US Staffing/Recruitment market.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Hiring Managers).
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with senior sales teams for client discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and communication in CRM.
- Support business development activities to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/IT or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation, preferably in US Staffing/Recruitment industry.
- Strong communication, email writing, and cold calling skills.
- Knowledge of job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in US time zones (EST/PST/CST).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in sales.
