We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM)/ Account Manager to expand our US IT staffing partnerships in the US market. In this role, you’ll leverage your existing relationships with prime vendors, MSPs, and direct clients to bring consistent C2C requirements and create opportunities across Java, Python, Data, Cloud, and DevOps domains.


You’ll also have the opportunity to build and manage a small team of recruiters to help deliver on client needs efficiently and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build, nurture, and sustain strong partnerships with Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and direct clients.
  • Consistently source and share active C2C requirements through your professional network.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely submissions and successful placements.
  • Negotiate contracts and rate terms while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report key performance metrics (requirements, submissions, interviews, closures).
  • Partner with leadership to refine business strategies and strengthen delivery capabilities.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of proven success in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales / Business Development.
  • Established relationships with prime vendors, MSPs, and/or direct clients.
  • Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, STEM, GC, H4 EAD).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, lead a team, and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • A performance-focused mindset with a passion for building long-term partnerships.
