1. Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities across paid, organic, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and forecast ROI.

2. Performance Marketing

  • Oversee PPC, paid social, display advertising, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and lower acquisition costs.
  • Manage agency relationships (if applicable).

3. SEO & Content Marketing

  • Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical audits.
  • Work with content teams to create high-impact content across blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

4. Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to guide content plans.

5. Email & CRM Marketing

  • Manage email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and automation workflows.
  • Improve customer retention and lifetime value through data-driven CRM initiatives.

6. Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present insights to leadership.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user journeys.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product, content, and creative teams to support business objectives.
  • Oversee digital assets, landing pages, creatives, and brand messaging.
