**Digital Marketing Agency Sales Executive**

**About Reinvent Digital**

Reinvent Digital is a fast‑growing full‑service digital marketing agency specializing in healthcare and education. We deliver end‑to‑end strategy, implementation, and performance reporting to help our clients scale sustainably.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**New Business Acquisition**
- Identify, qualify, and close leads specifically for digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, automation).

**Client Relationship Management**
- Conduct needs‑assessment calls and in‑depth proposal presentations.
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with prospects and hand off onboarded clients to the account management team.

**Pipeline & Forecasting**:

- Maintain and update pipeline in CRM daily.
- Provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts to the Head of Sales.

**Collaboration & Feedback**
- Work closely with Marketing to refine lead‑gen campaigns based on conversion data.
- Share market insights and competitive feedback to shape service offerings.

**Targets & KPIs**
- Achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain a minimum qualification rate from initial outreach.
- Close at least 15 new clients per quarter.

**Must‑Have Qualifications**
- Agency Experience Only
- 2-4 years in Business Development or Sales within a digital marketing agency (no outside‑industry sales).
- Service‑Selling Expertise
- Proven track record selling SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, or automation services.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing deliverables and ROI metrics.

**Communication & Negotiation**
- Excellent verbal and written English; comfortable presenting to C‑level executives.
- Strong objection‐handling and contract‐negotiation skills.

**Tech & Tools**
- Hands‑on with a CRM and proposal‑creation tools (Google Slides, MS PowerPoint).
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and basic Excel reporting.

**Nice‑to‑Have**
- Prior experience selling to healthcare.
- Network of industry contacts in Hyderabad
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
