**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to generate leads and acquire new clients for marketing solutions.
- Promote Digital Soul’s services through direct interactions, presentations, and on-ground activations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, businesses, and partners.
- Plan and execute local marketing strategies, events, and promotional activities.
- Identify potential business opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to improve marketing strategies.
- Maintain records of sales and marketing activities and provide regular reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing trends is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,207.23 - ₹18,489.58 per month
