**Job summary**:
We are looking for a **Digital Marketing Specialist** to run PPC campaigns and monitor paid search budgets. You should also be analytical and good with numbers. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI.)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
- Liaise with Project owners, Creative and Sales to increase Client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
- Monitor competition and constantly suggest and implement improvements
- Perform keyword research in coordination with our business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
- Work with other teams and help in improving the user experience and create relevant landing pages.
- Evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrumenting conversion points and optimizing user funnels.
- Managing digital ad campaign budgets and performance reporting of all the digital campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence across digital media.
- Creating ads on **Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn** & **Twitter** according to the requirements of the clients
- Generating the Reach, Engagement & Leads through social media platforms
- Creating the Target audience according to the client’s product or services
- Dealing with developers in order to install the pixel and conversion codes
- Design social media calendar for regular posts updates
- Suggesting new trends and ideas to content department in order to generate the engagement and leads
- Good grip on Facebook Business Manager Accounts access giving process will be added advantage
- Planning, executing, and measuring conversions and involve in strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Demonstrable experience in implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Highly creative and experienced in identifying the target market and right audiences.
- Sound knowledge of **Google Analytics, Omniture, Web Trends, NetInsight**, and various ad serving tools.
- Experience in optimizing **Google AdWords** and in similar social platforms.
- Possess Strong analytical and data-driven thought processes.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
