We are a growing investment fund seeking an **Equity Fund Operations Associate** with 3-5 years of experience to manage client-facing operations and support our equity analysts with data analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and investors, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Manage client onboarding, KYC documentation, and routine servicing requests.
- Coordinate with custodians, fund administrators, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Support equity analysts in data collection, processing, and reporting tasks.
- Assist in preparing presentations, performance reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update investor records and transaction logs in an organized and compliant manner.
- Identify and implement process improvements in operations and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and analysis tasks using Excel and other tools.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience (finance/investment background preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English; presentable and client-facing
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
- CFA Level 1 or higher Preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
