Job Description Summary

The Associate - Autoclave and Unit Preparation (Sterile Injectables) is responsible for the efficient operation of autoclave processes and preparation of sterile units. This includes equipment handling, sterilization, and maintaining compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.

Job Description
- Autoclave Operations: Operate, monitor, and maintain autoclaves to ensure effective sterilization of equipment, components, and materials as per cGMP and regulatory standards.
- Unit Preparation: Perform cleaning, preparation, and assembly of manufacturing units, ensuring readiness for sterile production processes.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles, equipment usage, and cleaning activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and basic troubleshooting of autoclaves and related equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Environment Monitoring: Adhere to environmental monitoring standards and follow aseptic techniques to maintain sterile conditions during unit preparation and autoclave operations.
- Collaboration and Training: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA and manufacturing, and participate in regular training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on compliance requirements.
