**An Executive Assistant**
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Support**: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
**3. Documentation**: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
**4. Office Management**: Maintain office supplies and equipment, manage office space, and assist in organizing offce events and meetings.
**5. Data Entry**: Enter and maintain data in databases or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
**6.Meeting Coordination**: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
**7. Support to Executives**: Provide general support to senior executives and assist with special projects as needed.
**Job Requirements**:
**1. Education**:A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is often preferred.
**2. Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Excel)
**3. Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**4. Professionalism**: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor.
**5. Adaptability**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
**This role is ideal for recent graduates who are organized, eager to learn, and interested in supporting senior management.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
