We are looking for an efficient and organized *Executive Assistant* to support our CEO. The role involves managing the CEO’s travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, handling data, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:*
**1. *Travel Management**:*
- Plan and manage the CEO's travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and visas.
- Coordinate with travel agencies for bookings, documentation, and travel benefits.
**2. *Research & Data Management**:*
- Conduct research and manage data for various tasks assigned by the CEO.
- Maintain accurate records of travel-related information and expenses.
**3. *Team Coordination & Process Monitoring**:*
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal teams.
- Monitor company processes and report regularly to the CEO.
**4. *General Executive Assistant Duties**:*
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle confidential documents.
- Assist with reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
**Time**: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
**Holidays**:2nd and 4th Saturday and all Sundays
**Experience**: 5 to 8 Years
