We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Project Executive to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, presenting our advertising portal as an effective medium for promoting their products or services, and inviting educational institutions to participate in our education fairs. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely or from our office in Bangalore.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Outreach**: Contacting businesses and educational institutions via phone calls to introduce our advertising portal and education fair participation opportunities.
- **Presentation and Pitching**: Effectively presenting the features and benefits of our advertising portal and education fair participation to potential clients.
- **Relationship Building**: Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and education fair participation requirements.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiating terms and closing deals with clients for advertising space on our portal or participation in education fairs.
- **Documentation**: Ensuring accurate documentation of client communications, agreements, and transactions.
- **Reporting**: Providing regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in advertising or education sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to work remotely or from our Bangalore office.
