**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities.
- Support the maintenance of recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment materials, including job descriptions, interview guides, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, specifically in talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
