Growing People Team is looking for ambitious students to join us as a Talent Acquisition interns, working in one of our core businesses. Each role comes with a variety of tasks and several of the key tasks are outlined below.

**Key job responsibilities**:
2. Handling end-to-end requirements for the junior level to mid-level

3. Sourcing profiles/resumes through multiple sources (headhunting, networking portals, job portals, social media, internal references, etc.)

5. Screening and shortlisting the profiles

6. Conducting preliminary round of interview

7. Scheduling the interview and taking follow-ups

**Basic Qualification**:

- Fluent in English
- Students currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
- Interest in building a career in Recruitment

**Note**:
1. After successful completion of the internship you will be entitled to get an Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation (Based upon your performance)

2. Interns who are ready to work full-time are welcome (Part-time also allowed)
