With our extensive experience and expertise, we help businesses in identifying and attracting top talent for their organizations. We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from liaising with internal departments to identifying staffing needs, sourcing potential candidates, evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and selecting the best-fit candidates. Role and Responsibilities:Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needsCoordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirementsDetermine selection criteria and hiring profiles for vacant positionsAccomplish recruitment targets for kitchen and front-of-house requirementsSource potential candidates through online job portals, recruitment sites, and social platformsEvaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emailsFacilitate pre-interview assessmentsManage hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking SystemsPlan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviewsDesign job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirementsLead employer branding initiativesOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment eventsCompile interview questions and conduct in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidatesPrepare hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planningDocument processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicantsDevelop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trendsCreate awareness of the company brand and establish professional relationships with candidates Candidate Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field5-8 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the QSR/Restaurant & Hospitality industryCertification obtained from the Hospitality/Retail HR Certification Institute would be advantageous Required Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trendsAdvanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms
