**About Fancall**:
Fancall is a platform that connects **brands directly with content creators** — eliminating the middle layer and reducing marketing costs. We help brands scale faster while giving creators more visibility and direct brand deals.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Talent Acquisition Intern**, you will be responsible for onboarding digital content creators and establishing partnerships with marketing agencies. You’ll support the team in growing our creator base and expanding our network of agency collaborations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and onboard digital content creators (YouTubers, Instagram influencers, etc.)
- Reach out to marketing agencies for partnerships and collaborations
- Maintain and update creator and agency databases
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding or intro calls
- Assist in executing recruitment campaigns across social platforms
- Communicate value propositions of Fancall effectively
- Support the HR/TA team with documentation and reporting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
