**Job Title: CRM Executive**
**Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat**
**Department: Sales/Customer Relationship Management**
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Customer Communication**:
- Provide regular updates on project developments, timelines, and other relevant details.
- **Sales Support**:
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of clients from lead generation to final sale.
- Prepare and share agreements, invoices, and other necessary documentation with clients.
- **Database Management**:
- Maintain and update client information in CRM software.
- Track and manage leads, inquiries, and customer interactions systematically.
- **Payment Follow-ups**:
- Follow up with clients for payment schedules and due amounts.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure payment records are accurate.
- **Customer Feedback and Issue Resolution**:
- Gather feedback from clients to improve services and processes.
- Escalate and resolve complaints efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in CRM tools/software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

- Prior experience in real estate client handling.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
