Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin cum CRM Executive to handle day-to-day

administrative tasks and manage client communication effectively. The role requires excellent

coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills to ensure smooth office operations and

superior client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Duties
- Manage daily office operations, correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain records of office expenses, petty cash, and other administrative reports.
- Support management in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- Maintain client data in the Excel/CRM system and ensure all information is updated accurately.
- Assist in preparing client proposals, quotations, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Build positive relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication (English & Hindi).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail with a customer-first approach.
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in administration and/or client servicing roles.
- Experience with CRM tools or customer communication software is an advantage.

Employment Type: Full-time (10 am to 7 pm)

Salary Range: 17-20 K per month

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
