- **Job Title: Admin & CRM Executive**_
Location: Corporate Road, Prahalad Nagar, Ahmedabad

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Comprehensive Executive Support**:
- Provide end-to-end assistance across all areas related to sales, operational processes, client management, and administrative functions.
- Proactively manage and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Support the Director in all business activities, taking initiative to manage tasks and deadlines.
**Administrative & Executive Support**:
- Assist the Director in managing day-to-day tasks, including follow-ups, administrative work, and coordinating with different team members.
- Handle routine and complex tasks, ensuring the Director’s time is optimized and priorities are managed efficiently.
**Representation & Communication**:
- Act as a representative of the Director in client meetings and calls, ensuring timely follow-ups and professional interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all forms of communication.
**Proposal Preparation & Documentation**:
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, and reports in Excel and other formats.
- Draft Letters of Intent (LOI), agreements, and other business documents as per the Director’s instructions.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with client and business requirements.
**Client & CRM Management**:
- Update and maintain all leads, opportunities, and client details in the CRM system on behalf of the Director.
- Track and report on sales performance, lead status, and client interactions.
- Ensure all data related to sales and client management is accurately captured and up to date.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
