The Admin & Client Service Executive is responsible for coordinating with clients, preparing proposals, managing CRM updates, and handling property listings. The role also includes office and sales administration tasks to support smooth operations in a professional real estate environment.**Responsibilities**:_

**1. Client Coordination**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
- Provide exceptional support, address client queries, and follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction.

**2. Proposal Creation**:

- Prepare and customise property proposals for clients, ensuring all specifications are met.

**3. CRM Management**:

- Update and maintain the CRM system daily with client interactions, leads, and property details.

**4. Property Listings**:

- Manage and update property listings on company platforms and real estate portals.

**5. Office Administration**:

- Handle office administration tasks, including managing schedules, filing documents, and supporting day-to-day operations.
- Assist in sales administration, such as tracking leads, preparing reports, and supporting sales teams.
- **Key Requirements**:_
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in client service, office administration, or real estate is a plus.
