**Job Title: Account Executive**

**Job Type**: FULL TIME
**Reports To**: ACCOUNT MANAGER

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to match their goals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activity, and competitor strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [Industry - e.g., SaaS, advertising, media, healthcare, etc.].
- Knowledge of [specific tools or technologies].
- B2B sales experience.
