**Qualification and Requirements**:

- Graduate, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a service coordination role, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command over language - Fluency in English and local language

**Role and Responsibility**:

- **Service/Repair and Production Support**: Schedule and coordinate service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment. Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- **Customer handling & customer Satisfaction**: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service-related inquiries and concerns. Provide regular updates to customers on the status of service requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Troubleshooting of all equipments**: Able to provide technical guidance to clients on call.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including work orders, service reports, Demonstration/Installation reports and customer interactions. Prepare and submit regular reports on service performance and customer feedback. Ensure all service documentation complies with regulatory standards.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability for service activities.Coordinate with the procurement team to order necessary parts and supplies. Track the usage of spare parts and maintain accurate inventory records. Ensure that receivables are collected for AMC, CMC and spares from customers
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Keeping a tab on AMC/CMC of customers, Government AMC/CMC and schedule preventive maintenance. Pro-active approach of services and customer’s support. Ensure adherence to warranty policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
