**Job Description - Air Freight Documentation**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation Preparation**: Prepare, review, and maintain all necessary air freight documentation, including air waybills, customs declarations, and import/export permits.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all documents comply with international regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with various departments (e.g., operations, customs, customer service) to ensure timely and accurate documentation processing.
- **Tracking**: Monitor the status of shipments and documentation to proactively address any issues that may arise during transit.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized records of all air freight documentation and transactions for auditing and compliance purposes.
- **Customer Interaction**: Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding documentation requirements, shipment status, and any discrepancies.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve documentation-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions to the supply chain.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in air freight or logistics, with a strong understanding of air freight documentation processes.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in freight forwarding software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Certifications**: Knowledge of IATA regulations and customs compliance is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
