**Job Title**: Executive - Air Export Documentation

**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **end-to-end air export operations** including booking, documentation, and invoicing.
- Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customers for timely cargo movement.
- Prepare and verify all **export documentation** such as invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and shipping instructions.
- Ensure compliance with **customs regulations** and company procedures.
- Handle **customer service** - providing updates, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Generate and process **invoices** accurately and within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain records of shipments and related documentation for audits and reporting.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in **Air Export Documentation**.
- Strong knowledge of air cargo procedures, bookings, and customs clearance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
