**JOB DESCRIPTION - AIR FREIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Air Freight Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, managing air freight shipments, and ensuring timely and accurate communication throughout the shipping process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding air freight shipments.
- Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to service standards.
- Provide quotes and pricing information to clients, addressing any inquiries related to services offered.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, working closely with carriers and logistics partners.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to air freight.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in air freight, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with logistics software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
