**Air Freight Junior Executive - Customer Service**

(Work location**: Marol, Andheri**)

**Job Role**: Responsible for coordinating the shipments with customers effectively and efficiently, processing and executing Air Freight Export / Import

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, review, and process Air Export / Import transactions complying with SOP.
- Coordinate with shippers for timely cargo and document submission for Exports.
- Coordinate with consignees for delivery of Import cargo.
- Accurate and timely data submission to the operating system.
- Prepare and execute documents. (Airway Bills, Manifest, Billing Invoices, EDI data, etc)
- Track & Trace cargo to manage on-time departure/delivery and enter milestone data into the operating system.
- Maintaining Daily Status Reports to monitor and manage exceptions (if any).
- Work with the team to understand and comply with SOP and ensure to meet KPI/SLA to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Take additional responsibilities/tasks when required by the organization.

Pay: ₹9,649.78 - ₹34,169.55 per month
