Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Air Ticketing Executive to join our team at Viswamitempowersolution in Dibrugarh, Assam. As an Air Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling flight reservations, bookings, and ticket sales for our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with flight reservations, bookings, and ticket sales

- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns

- Process payments and issue tickets

- Maintain accurate records of transactions

- Keep up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and special offers

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

- Handle any issues or complaints from customers in a professional and timely manner

- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Proficient in using computer systems and software

- Knowledge of airline industry and ticketing procedures is a plus

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Must be able to work well in a team and independently
