**Help Desk Operator** **About the Role**:We are seeking a well-spoken and organized **Help Desk Operator** to handle customer queries, support client relationships, and coordinate communication across teams. Ideal for graduates with strong soft skills and 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
**Key Responsibilities**
2.Maintain positive client relationships and follow up on concerns.
3.Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
4. Maintain client records and update CRM systems.
**Skills**
**1.**Graduate (BAJMC/BBA preferred).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools.
4. Strong relationship-building and multitasking abilities.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
