5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
6. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
7. Problem-solving skills
8. 10+2 Pass or diploma or Graduate; additional qualifications will be a plus

A Front Desk Executive will work with customers and visitors of the business on a daily basis. They will interact with various clients telephonically. The Front Desk Executive will report to an Office Manager to complete the task assigned to him.

A good Front Desk Executive has excellent communication skills due to interacting with customers, employees, and clients daily. They also have expert interpersonal skills to collaborate and give and receive criticism well. Soft skills such as friendliness and likability will help them excel in the position.
