About the Role
We are hiring an SO Help Desk Executive to manage billing, invoicing, Excel reporting, and client queries. The role requires strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and good communication to handle calls and resolve billing-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage billing entries, and invoices with accuracy.
- Handle bill booking and verification before processing.
- Transfer and maintain all invoice/billing data in Excel sheets.
- Prepare MIS reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
- Attend calls and emails to resolve queries related to invoices.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for billing clarifications.
- Track pending invoices, follow up on payments, and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain records and share periodic billing/collection reports with management.
Requirements
- Male candidates required.
- 1-3 years experience in Billing / Invoicing / MIS Support.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas).
- Good communication skills for client calls and query handling.
