We're in it together to make life better for each other, our customers, our partners, and our communities.Specifically, the Help Desk Analyst will :- Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system as first response. - Supervise monitoring tools - Diagnose and resolve incidents, requests or inquiries. - Escalate unresolved incidents to higher support levels following escalation protocols. - Log all incidents, service requests, and actions in the ITSM system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Remedy…). - Track and follow up on open tickets until resolution and closure - Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and known errors. - Contribute to the knowledge base and standard operating procedures. - Identify recurring issues and propose preventive solutions. - Ensure SLA compliance and high-quality service delivery. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and IT service optimization projectsQualifications:- Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. - Teamwork and collaboration with other support levels. - High attention to detail and documentation accuracy. - Willingness to learn and grow in IT infrastructure and service management. - Vocational Training or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Ticketing tool - Jira Service desk knowledge will be a plus - Expertise 2-3 yearsALIANDO is an equal-opportunity employer committed to Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging.
