**Required Qualifications**
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or a related field

**Experience**
Minimum 2 years in sales, business development, or related fields; Prior experience with architectural or design firms is an advantage;
**Key Responsibilities**

**> Sales and Business Development**
The Project Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and targeting potential clients in the architecture, construction, and design sectors. This role involves proactively building a robust sales pipeline and meeting predefined targets. The associate will deliver tailored presentations and proposals that emphasise N❜Arc's unique sustainability-focused design philosophy, ensuring each pitch resonates with client needs and values.

**> Client Relationship Management**
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships is a core aspect of this role. The associate will act as the primary liaison between clients and the design team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. They will promptly address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide clarity on project details, fostering trust and satisfaction.

**> Collaboration & Reporting**
Collaboration within the team is equally important. The associate will work closely with the leadership and design teams to ensure client requirements are accurately integrated into project plans. They will maintain detailed sales records, prepare performance reports, and share updates with stakeholders. By contributing valuable client feedback and insights, the associate will play a significant role in shaping strategies and driving continuous improvement within the organisation.

**Important note**
Please note that this is a part-time opportunity. Our project flow can vary significantly, with work sometimes coming in high volumes and, at other times, being limited. If you’re seeking a primary income source or a role with steady, predictable hours, this may not be the best fit. Our requirement for this position is limited, with a particular need for visualisers dedicated to either exterior or interior renders. Although project frequency cannot be guaranteed, we will always notify you promptly when projects become available. Assignments will be scheduled based on your availability and commitment. We assure timely payment for all completed work.

Full-time roles offer performance-based compensation, directly tied to sales achievements. Part-time roles provide flexibility and competitive incentives.

Pay: ₹4,800.00 - ₹12,400.00 per week

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
