
Sales Associate

We are looking for a **Sales Manager** with 2-5 years of experience in the travel industry. The role involves leading sales efforts, driving business from **corporates, HNIs, and group travelers**, mentoring a small team, and ensuring achievement of monthly revenue targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sales for **business class flights, premium holidays, and corporate travel solutions**.
- Identify, approach, and close deals with **corporate clients and HNIs**.
- Manage and guide team to meet their individual targets.
- Prepare and present **quotations, proposals, and corporate pitches**.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain strong **client relationships** to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Track team performance using **CRM tools and sales reports**.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated with **airline offers, visa rules, and luxury travel trends**.
**Skills & Requirements**
- 2-5 years of proven experience in **travel sales / corporate sales / B2C sales**.
- Strong exposure to **business class fares, holidays, MICE, and corporate travel**.
- Excellent **communication, leadership, and negotiation skills**.
- Ability to **meet and exceed team sales targets**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM tools, and GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)**.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Tourism, or Hospitality**.
