**Sales Associate Responsibilities-**
- Provide comprehensive information regarding our EdTech products and services, illustrating how these solutions can assist in achieving students' educational aspirations.
- Coordinate and maintain a healthy relationship with B2C.
- Work quickly to address and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with prospective students, ensuring timely follow-ups to address any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and enrollment figures.
- Encourage high sales and good customer service practices
**Basic Qualifications-**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field from an accredited college or university.
- 0-1 years of experience in the B2C Sales division.
- Experience in the EdTech industry is a strong plus.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English, Hindi, Telugu.
- Proficiency in Google Business Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc).
**Preferred Qualifications-**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage multiple responsibilities at one time.
