**Job Title: CRM Specialist**

**Reports To: Director**
**Role Overview**
Key Responsibilities
1. **Team Leadership & Management**
- Recruit, onboard, and train Telecallers with a focus on sports infrastructure offerings.
- Establish clear performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and deliver constructive coaching to optimize individual and team performance.
2. **Performance Monitoring**
- Develop robust performance tracking systems to evaluate call efficiency, lead conversion, and customer interactions.
- Conduct regular reviews, identify performance gaps, and initiate corrective measures.
3. **Sales Strategy & Execution**
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine telesales strategies tailored to sports infrastructure clients (e.g., schools, stadiums, academies).
- Develop and implement call scripts, outreach cadences, and objection-handling techniques.
4. **Product Knowledge & Enablement**
- Ensure Telecallers are well-versed in 4K Sports Infra's service offerings, including artificial turf, sports flooring, equipment installations, and turnkey solutions.
- Equip the team with effective sales tools, pitch decks, and customer personas.
5. **Quality Assurance**
- Audit calls to maintain high standards of communication, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide immediate feedback and training to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
6. **Process Optimization**
- Streamline call flows, sales scripts, and CRM usage to boost efficiency and drive higher conversion.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement through regular team huddles and best-practice sessions.
7. **Reporting & Analytics**
- Generate detailed sales and lead performance reports; provide insights on trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics to guide team development, optimize campaigns, and enhance lead targeting.
8. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner with Marketing to align campaigns with telesales efforts.
- Work with Product & Technical Teams to provide market feedback and improve service offerings.
- Liaise with Customer Support for seamless lead-to-client transitions and issue resolution.
9. **Customer Relationship Management**
- Promote a customer-first approach, ensuring prompt handling of queries, concerns, and escalations.
- Train Telecallers in rapport-building to cultivate long-term relationships with institutional clients and decision-makers.
**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5-8 years in telesales or inside sales, with 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Leadership & Coaching
- Proven ability to build and mentor a results-driven telesales team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on motivation, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office tools.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- Expertise in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
