**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update interactions within our CRM system for seamless information flow. Develop detailed proposals that communicate the value of our services to prospects.
- Create engaging content for brochures, social media, and marketing materials. Coordinate setup meetings, ensuring preparedness and timely communication.
- Guide prospects through the sales process, addressing queries and concerns.
- Leverage understanding of technology to communicate effectively with clients. Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying further engagement opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
- Min 3-5 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or similar roles, preferably in tech. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in conducting Zoom calls and presentations. Enthusiastic, trustworthy, and professionally mature.
- Strong document management and commercial negotiation skills.
- Understanding of confidentiality and corporate ethics. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Basic understanding of AI, technology and digital solutions.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
