**Business Associate - Sales & Investments**

**Location**: Madhapur, Hyderabad
**Compensation**: ₹15K - ₹50K + Incentives up to ₹1 Lakh

Are you ambitious, growth-driven, and passionate about Real Estate Sales & Investments? Join us as a **Business Associate** and work on premium property portfolios while building strong networks with HNIs, NRIs, corporates, and institutional investors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, pitch, and close real estate sales & investment opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client & investor relationships
- Drive business development strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Coordinate with developers, brokers & channel partners for deal closures
- Prepare ROI-driven investment presentations & financial insights
- Stay updated on Indian & Dubai real estate markets and regulations

**Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of experience in **sales, business development, or investments** (Real Estate preferred)
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills
- Strong networking ability with an investor-focused mindset
- Ability to handle domestic & cross-border client portfolios
- Languages**:English, Telugu, Hindi** (required)
