Assistant to Executive Chairman

We are looking for an Assistant to help with the everyday tasks such as schedule appointments, handle queries.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Degree holder preferred with 3 - 5 years of experience.
- Prior experience in **CONSTRUCTION / REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY** as an Executive Assistant, front desk representative, or relevant position.
- Well versed in computer knowledge (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good communication, written and people skills. Able to converse in English.
- Excellent multitasking, time management and organisational skills.
- Customer oriented and professional attitude.
- Fit and proper handling of confidential information is a must.
- Ability to work and be highly organized under pressure, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Be prepared for **field work and flexible working hours** may be required.
- **Should have a two-wheeler**.

- Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
- Provide Administrative / Secretarial support to the Executive Chairman including organizing and preparing meeting agenda, taking minutes, handling correspondences, and maintaining the filing system.
- Handle queries and address complaints.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Should have skills like organization, communication, and attention to detail.
- Confidential Correspondence Preparation and Handling of Reports.
- Organize and manage Chairman’s calendar and appointments.
- Should be able to hold meetings on her own in absence of the Chairman.
