About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chairman, who will act as a bridge between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be smart, well-groomed, techno-savvy, and capable of handling confidential matters with utmost integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Chairman's daily schedule, calendar, and appointments efficiently.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's profile and services.
Handle correspondence, emails, and communication in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel plans, bookings, and logistics.
Assist in meetings, conferences, and events by preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Ensure the Chairman is well-prepared for all engagements.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders as required.
Provide general administrative support to the Chairman.
Key Requirements:
Graduate (preferred in Business Administration/Communications/Management) with 2–5 years of relevant experience as PA/Executive Assistant.
Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi (both written and verbal).
Presentable, professional, and well-mannered with a formal dress code.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, digital calendars, online bookings, and virtual meeting tools.
Ability to travel extensively across Maharashtra, India, and internationally.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Sharp, intelligent, and proactive in decision-making and problem-solving.
High level of integrity, loyalty, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in working with senior leadership or top management.
Flexible and adaptable to dynamic schedules.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on experience)
Job Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Office Time: 9:30 AM to 6:00PM
