Position: Executive Assistant to Chairman (Founder's Office)
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Type: Full-Time | Dynamic & Travel-Friendly Role
Experience: 0–3 Years (Fresh graduates or early professionals welcome)
About the Role
This is not a conventional assistant role.
We are looking for a driven, tech-savvy, and ambitious individual to work directly with the Chairman of Rohra Holdings Pvt Ltd, a growing group with interests across AI Education, F&B, and Business Broking.
You will act as the Chairman's right hand — coordinating operations, attending critical meetings, ensuring flawless execution of tasks, and helping turn vision into reality.
This role demands intelligence, energy, presence of mind, and a deep hunger to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Chairman's daily schedule, meetings, communications, and travel plans.
- Attend meetings (online/offline) alongside the Chairman and prepare detailed Minutes of Meetings and Action Trackers.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with internal teams and external partners.
- Draft emails, reports, proposals, and presentation decks on behalf of the Chairman.
- Conduct research, prepare summaries, and provide briefings for strategic discussions.
- Use technology and AI tools to improve work efficiency and project management.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Travel with the Chairman for important business meetings, reviews, and events as needed.
