**Job Summary**
The General Manager (GM) Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth for Aishin India. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of developing sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives and enhance market presence.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate team performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize profitability.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
**Experience**:
11 - 25 years of Work Experience in Sales & Marketing Functions in the Non - Pharmaceutical Equipment Manufacturing Industry i.e Sales of machinery equipment to API, Food, Spices, Battery, Ceramic, and pigment industry.
Capable to expand the Aishin team on a Pan India level.
Conducting trial at plant level and order closing.
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Active listening skills and analytical skills.
- Capable to expand the Aishin team on a Pan India level.

**Qualification**
UG: Chemical Engineering/B.E Mechanical Engineering.
PG: M.Tech in Any Specialization
