- 15-20 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Have a passion for the Real Estate Market and hunger for sales.
- B2C & B2B sales experience is preferred
- Strong sales background in individual capacity
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Any Graduate or Diploma in Marketing & Business Development

**Perks and Benefits**

Commission plus incentives on achievement of sales target and periodical contest benefits/perks will be available.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
