Job Title: Freelancer Anchor - Real Estate Project Demonstrations

Location: Thane

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Host and present real estate project demonstrations in a professional and engaging manner.
- Conduct pre-recorded video shoots showcasing property features, amenities, and benefits.
- Deliver clear, accurate, and persuasive information about projects to attract potential buyers.
- Work closely with the marketing and production team to ensure high-quality output.
- Adapt to scripts and improvisations as per project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in anchoring, hosting, or presenting (preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or related industries).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- A pleasing personality with a professional appearance.
- Confident and engaging on-camera presence.
- Comfortable with pre-recorded video shoots and promotional content.
- Available on a freelance basis and willing to travel to project sites if required.

Compensation:

- Payment will be on a per video basis as per industry standards.
- Additional incentives may be offered based on project requirements and performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
