**Job Title: Property Video Anchor**

**Overview**:
As a Property Video Anchor, your primary responsibility is to present and showcase real estate properties through engaging and informative video content. You will play a crucial role in capturing the essence of properties, highlighting key features, and creating a compelling narrative to attract potential buyers or renters. This position requires a dynamic and articulate individual with a strong on-camera presence and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Camera Presentation**:

- Present real estate properties on camera with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Articulate property details, features, and benefits in a clear and captivating manner.

**Script Development**:

- Collaborate with content creators and writers to develop scripts for property videos.
- Ensure that scripts are informative, engaging, and aligned with the target audience.

**Property Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and local market conditions.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique selling points of each property.

**Visual Storytelling**:

- Work with videographers and editors to create visually appealing property videos.
- Use visual storytelling techniques to enhance the overall appeal of the properties.

**Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market analysis to identify competitive advantages of each property.
- Provide insights into market trends and buyer preferences to optimize video content.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with real estate agents, property developers, and marketing teams to align video content with overall marketing strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for video concepts.

**Engagement and Feedback**:

- Monitor audience engagement and feedback on video platforms.
- Use feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of property videos.

**Professional Appearance**:

- Maintain a professional and polished appearance during on-camera presentations.
- Ensure that attire and overall presentation align with the brand image.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a video anchor, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and property-related terminology.
- Comfortable working with a team and taking direction from content creators and producers.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new video technologies and trends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Education**:
A bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Location**:
The role may involve on-site property visits and filming, so proximity to the properties and flexibility in travel may be required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
