As we scale our mission, we're looking for a creative, sharp, and organised Content Manager to help us tell powerful stories and elevate our visual presence.

Role Summary:

As a Content Manager at FTS, you'll be responsible for ideating, planning, and overseeing the production of high-impact content across digital platforms. This includes working closely with the founder, editorial team, cinematographers, and video editors to bring concepts to life—from brainstorming through execution. You'll be the anchor between strategy and storytelling, ensuring that every piece of content is aligned with the FTS brand and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Ideation: Develop compelling content themes and storyboards that reflect the FTS ethos—fitness that fits real life

Production Management: Plan and coordinate content shoots, including scheduling, crew management, location setup, and logistics

Team Collaboration: Liaise with editors, cinematographers, graphic designers, and freelancers to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery

Script Supervision: Oversee scripting and content outlines for videos, reels, interviews, client stories, and brand assets

Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and written content reflects FTS's tone—empathetic, science-based, aspirational

Calendar Ownership: Maintain a content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, YouTube, website, email), ensuring smooth execution of campaigns

Post-Production Oversight: Review and give feedback on edits, ensure final versions are sharp, clean, and platform-ready

Performance Loop: Collaborate with the marketing team to measure the performance of content and iterate on what works

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in content strategy, production, or digital storytelling (preferably in wellness, lifestyle, or creator-led brands)

Strong creative instincts with the ability to visualise content end-to-end

Experience managing video shoots and working with creators or production teams

Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of content formats that work across Instagram, YouTube, etc.

Excellent organisational and communication skills

A self-starter with a sharp eye for aesthetics, details, and timelines

Passion for wellness, lifestyle transformation, or human-centred storytelling is a strong bonus
