Sales Coordinator

1. Sales Support & Coordination**:Assist the sales team in processing orders for spare parts and services.** Track and update customer orders, in files to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. **Liaise with the production and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely dispatch.** Provide customers with accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and lead times. **Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments as required.**
**2. Customer Service & Communication**: Address customer inquiries regarding spare parts, service requests, and delivery schedules. **Handle complaints or issues related to spare parts and service, escalating as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.** Coordinate service appointments and installations as per customer requirements.
3. **Order Processing & Documentation**: - Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of transactions. - Prepare service reports, purchase orders for machines & spares, & update the spares order, and relevant documentation. - Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding spare parts and services.
**4. Coordination with Other Departments**: - Work closely with other departments such as production, purchase, accounts etc. to ensure customer requirements are met. - Assist in tracking related documentation, warranties, and contracts. 5. Sales & Service Reporting: - Assist in preparing reports on sales, service performance, and customer feedback. - Track service-related metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are being met.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
